As a user creating a new account on n8n (AI automation tool), I need to be able to see the password that I typed in, before saving it as the password for my new account. (Currently there are no additional views, momentary “reveals” or confirmations of passwords.)

UX Considerations
Many other sites already have the show/hide toggle for the password field, or a momentary “reveal” of each keystroke, and sometimes if you have to confirm your new password by entering it a second time, chances are good that you know what you were typing. But if you are typing a strange string (which is what good passwords are), you might not be sure if you fat-fingered something. And currently there’s no way to tell what you actually typed and are saving. Sure, you could always reset your password, but “password reset” wasn’t intended to bail out people who saved something that they couldn’t see. We all know that, in software, using something in a way that wasn’t intended … leads to more and more bad code and bad design decisions.
Note: this may be one of those “this isn’t a bug, it’s a feature” situations wherein someone felt the current UI would prevent abuse and fraud in new-account signups.
Solution:
Add a show/hide toggle that allows the user to view what they typed into the “password” field.
If new-account signup abuse and fraud is a concern, implement additional measure for that.
